I am super confused on how to get it to evolve into an umbreon and espeon. If you can, tell me.

See I've been wanting an Umbreon and Espeon for some time BUT i have no idea how to make them evolve that way.

I am trying to get eevee to evolve into espeon so far when I check on him, he always seems happy, but I keep leveling him up and he still won't evolve. Someone please tell me how to get him to evolve into espeon!
