where can i find a budew in pokemon platinum?

i checked in jublife city and can't find one also where can i find a good water pokemon i just started the game.

For a budew, you can find one on route 204 during the daytime (north of jubilife and south too). They're pretty hard to find, just be patient.You can also get budew in the eterna forest, if u're that far. AS for a water type, u can only get magikarp with a old rod, that u should get in a town link in Jubilife. It should be the west town link. Talk to a fisherman and he'll give u a old rod. Then fish for a water type in the water.

You can find Budew on the route north of Jubilife. For Water types, the Valley Windworks is just east of Floaroma, and you can get Buizel or Shellos there. Buizel evolves to Floatzel, which is a fast but fragile physical attacker-- Shellos evolves to Gastrodon, a slower but bulkier special attacker with Electric immunity. I personally favor Gastrodon.

You can find Budew in Route 104,Route 105 North,Route 108, and Eterna Forest. Water Pokemon in beg. game: A good water Pokemon would be a Gyarados (all of the water areas find it with super rod) Bidoof (Route 201,Route 202,Route 203,Route 204,Route 209,Route 211 West, Eterna Forest, and Lake Verity)

All the places where budew is found are: Route 204 Route 205 North Route 208 Eterna Forest Mostly in the day time it is the best to look for this pokemon. They are mosly common at valley windworks. For a water Pokemon you could train up a magickarp by fishing with the old rod, but that would take a while. They evolve in gyarados a powerful beast so it could be worth it if you are patient. Otherwise you can find the baby form of gyastarodan at valley windworks, i can't remember the name of the baby form. He evolved is quite strong and their is always wingull, he is available early.
