The Dell Inspiron series ships with PCIe Graphics cards, so your motherboard WILL support the GTS 250. The general rule with Graphics cards is, if it fits, it should work. Aside from that, it isn't a much bigger card than stock NVidia cards, so unless you are struggling for space right now, you shouldn't have a problem. Hope that helps~

Should fit, make sure your PSU can handle it (500W or above-at least)
