What is the best place to train for the Elite Four in Pokemon Diamond? My pokemon are 30+, I need 60+?

I need to train for the Elite Four: Lucian is the one I am currently having problems with. Here's my current team:
Floatzel - lvl 45 Dialga - lvl 50
Infernape - lvl 52 Staraptor - lvl 48
Lucario - 49 Gastrodon - lvl 30
I'm thinking of replacing my Gastrodon with something else, but I don't know what, can anyone suggest what pokemon would be best in my current team? And also recommend the top 5 places to train to get my team up to 60+?
Thanks

my way was to train right outside the elite four until they didnt give much experience. your pokemon lvls should be about the same as the elite fours. then i spend all my money (because you lose half when you die) on hyper potions and revives and a couple status things. then i go on challengeing the elite four. got to like the 3-4th one and died. since the elite four gives alot of money, i just went to buy more revives n potions n did it over till i beat them
dont forget to take a break from the elite four every once in a while or else you will get really frustrauted if its really hard for you
my team was
palkia(traded) (dragon/trump card)
infernape (fighting fire)
crobat( flying/dark)
lightning dog thing, (lightning/dark) lighting really good for elite four
cant remember the rest but i has a water type too.

against the psycic tpe person you will need dark type moves, and the best place to train before beating the elite 4 is the cave right before it.

For starters the best Pokemon to battle physic would be dark or a bug type. Second; you would want to trade your Gastrodon with a grass type due to the second person of the elite four has some water/ground type that are pretty tough I would suggest that you get a Torterra due to the fact that it being a grass/ground will not hinder you for the second person but its earthquake is a big plus if you have to use it against the third which is fire types. If you have the V.S. seeker use that to help train you Pokemon.
