Sound wont work on my p45533-mx motherboard, need a driver.?

I formatted my home computer and have everything working up to speed, but the sound driver is missing. I have gone to driverstock.com and downloaded driver "ASUS P4S533 MX Audio driver" for XP, opened up the file and clicked "install" but nothing happens. I get the hourglass icon for half a sec and nothing else. Please Help~

u gotta find a driver at google...

The onboard audio that you have is ADI AD1980 6-channel CODEC. Google it, and get the driver you need for your OS.

Why not get it from Asus themselves ?
