Why can't I overclock my Nvidia 8600m GS with the new drivers?

I have an Asus F3SV laptop with an Nvidia 8600m GS. I could overclock my graphics card using RivaTuner with all the drivers previous to driver version 162.xx, but not with the new ones. Why not?

I think you should get nVidia's first party overclocking app. I think it's called Overdrive (not sure).
