What do you do when you get to the other side of the cave in the Victory Road in PEarl?

I'm at the weird island with the stone tablet that is polished like a mirrior. I've already gotten the national dex and I'm at the route behind the pokemon league. The answer given already hasn't worked yet. Sorry person.

That little stone island will soon be involved with the legendary pokemon Shaymin. Once the events are out and you recieve the item, you can go to that rock with the item, and activate the event of obtaining Shaymin.

You have to first beat the Pokemon League and Then after you get 151 or 150 pokemon in your pokedex to see not to catch. Go to sandgem town and talk to Prof. Rowan and After you talk to Prof. Rowan Look who comes in... Prof. Oak who gives you the NAtional dex if you only seen 150 or 151. Thank You!!!
